In this TWI library video, you will see one way on how to pre-seam panels for a box truck. Pre-seaming panels, if done right, are a big time saver for the install. The keys are to have a good worktable that is big enough for the panels and a good system. Scott Decker shows a good method that creates solid registration and in a low production time. Note that one step that was done on the panel that isn’t shown in the video is putting masking tape on the liner side once the panels were joined. This is essential so the liner comes off in one piece.
