TWI Fundamentals: Circle of Wrinkles - Ford Fusion Back Bumper One Piece

Created almost 5 years ago

Justin, along with help from Charlie Trujillo from Lettering Express, wrap the very hungry back bumper of a Ford Fusion in one piece with color change film. The Circle of Wrinkles technique is used which helps bring a lot of excess material into the upper portion of the back bumper which allows Justin to wrap this notoriously hard area easily with almost zero stress and no heat. Great watch for intermediate to advanced installers. Material used: Avery Dennison SW900 race ramps, heat gun, glove, knife, blade, safe box, squeegee, buffer index: bumpers back bumper, ford fusion, charlie trujillo, lettering express, circle of wrinkles, avery dennison, satin metallic, one piece
