TWI Fundamentals: Zero Stretch Introduction
over 3 years ago
Created over 2 years ago
TWI Zero Stretch is all about recalibrating the tension in the film that comes from the manufacturing process. This works great for color change and interior film. Yet, for digital full print films, extra tension may be added during the lamination process. This could cause the film to have more tension in it than installers think which could result in failures that are not their fault. Justin explains the logic and shows an easy test the production department can do to see if they are over stretching the film during the lamination process. A must watch for the production department.
