Normally, walls are wrapped with vertical panels but, in this case, Justin opts to go for two horizontal panels. The reasons why are that the wood grain patten looks really good horizontal in the flat in Amsterdam and he is leaving an overlap. Normally, with interior film, butt joints are made between panels. These can be tricky to do and time consuming. Installing the two horizontal panels might be harder but the finishing is quicker and the final result better.
