Mantas Juozapaitis, owner of Mantas' Shop in Oslo, Norway, gives us a tour of his new shop that is focused on PPF, color change and, coming soon, commercial wraps. This is a brand new building and is still a work in progress. What is extra special about the shop is that he is starting it out from scratch so he has the flexibility to use all the knowledge he has built up over the years to hit the bullseye. Be sure to note how he is focused on creating a relaxed yet professional culture for both employees and for clients. The workspace area is also something to pay attention to, especially the air filtration system that makes for a 100% dust free area which is key for PPF.
