In this TWI Commercial Vehicle video, Dimas Brasil shows a very professional step by step process on how to remove and reinstall emblems like a TWI Pro. In the beginning, he shows a great way to use application tape to make a precise template. In the next stage, he shows a very smart way to prep the double side tape for the emblems using the liner from a scrap. He then shows how to use relief cuts and heat with the double side tape to get instant adhesion and long term hold. The end result is perfect placement and note that this process works just as good for color change and PPF installs. Be sure to note how he preps the surface of the wrap film as it's key especially if you are working with PU films.
