The Wrap Institute (TWI) offers online wrapping videos, taught by world-renowned master wrap installers who are just as passionate about the wrap industry as you are. TWI videos are available online to you anytime you want, anywhere you want, for as long as you want so you can watch them at your own pace. Each instructional video features an expert in the field of wrapping and consists of quality, hi-definition video content. You also have the ability to interact with the wrap community by asking questions on the video page, and access to infinite resources.

You can sign in and find your individually purchased videos at any time by signing in here.

On the left side your Dashboard you will see "My Videos". Here you will find videos you have purchased, videos you have added to your favorites list, and videos you have selected to watch later. If you don’t see your videos once signed in, it’s possible you have a second account on The Wrap Institute. Please submit a ticket here with as much information as possible, including any alternate email addresses you might have used, and we’ll help you get back to wrapping.

TWI offers a wide variety of instructional video courses about wrapping. We add new videos each week. You can find them all in our video directory. TWI videos are available online to you anytime you want, anywhere you have an internet connection, for as long as you want so you can learn to wrap on your own schedule. Our video courses are taught by the most well known master installers from across the world and consist of high-definition video content.

If you are looking to learn specific wrap techniques or information, sifting through various wrap supply vendors and amateur videography on YouTube can take hours. And if you haven’t noticed, most of those guys are trying to sell you something.

And then there’s us. The Wrap Institute was created to fuel the wrap industry by providing unbiased, quality instruction to those who want to learn about the art of wrapping. Our goal is to provide the best learning experience possible online. Our video courses are taught by either Justin Pate or other master installers from across the globe who have a passion for growing the wrap industry.

With TWI, you also get access to a thriving wrap community and a bank of resources to support you while you learn.

Wrap Institute videos are streaming videos and are not available offline at this time.

If you purchase videos individually - forever. Access to your Dashboard / "My Videos" never expires. You can come back to the website and view them at anytime and watch them over and over and over and over. If you purchase a 6-month, 1-year or 2-year subscription, you will be able to view the entire video directory for the duration of your subscription.

We provide two different options for viewing TWI videos. We offer a subscription to the site for a certain length of time (six months, one year or two years) and during that time, you will have unlimited access to our entire video library.

We also offer a pay-per-video option, which allows you to pick and choose individual videos to add to your own library. These videos are lifetime purchases – once you purchase a course, it is yours forever and will always be accessible in your library.

Only one computer or device can be signed into your username at a time. If you are trying to sign into your account using a second device while signed into the first, the system will boot out the additional viewer. Try signing out of all your devices, then sign in with the one device you wish to use. If you think someone has your account information, consider changing your password or email address to secure your account.

We are working hard to add this feature to each and every one of our classes.

The Wrap Institute videos are filmed in different locations across the globe, primarily by Justin Pate, and made available to view online. The videos are accessible from most computers or mobile devices with a high-speed Internet connection. Videos are available to you anytime you want, anywhere you want, for as long as you want. When you purchase an individual video as a Pay Per Video member and add it to your library, your access never expires. When you purchase a subscription, the videos are available to you for the duration of your subscription (six months, one year or two years). There are no scheduled course times, so you can view videos anytime you want, on your own schedule.

Paying for Videos

First, make sure you are signed into your TWI account.

It can take up to a few hours for your purchases to sync up and appear in your library. You can use the search feature on wrapinstitute.com/videos to look for the name of the video you recently purchased. Once you locate the course, you will be able to play it, even if it does not immediately appear in the list of purchased videos in your library.

You can pay using a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or through Paypal.

Your online payment security is extremely important to us. We have secure servers and Secure Socket’s Layer (SSL) technology on our site. This ensures that your payment information is safe and our payment service provider only stores a “token” (the last four digits of your credit card number).

Technical Help

If your videos aren't playing smoothly, it may be due to a slow Internet connection or an outdated browser. You can try turning the HD option off by hovering your mouse over the video and clicking the light grey HD button on the bottom right corner on the video. If you are still having trouble, please submit a detailed ticket here (with screen shots if possible!) so we can help you out.

If you only see a black screen, it's possible your computer or current browser may not currently be compatible.

First, turn off the HD option by hovering your mouse over your class video and clicking the light grey HD button on the bottom-right corner. We also recommend giving a different browser a try.

Many members find success using the web browsers Chrome or Firefox, and both are available for free to download.

You just need a computer with a good broadband Internet connection (not dial-up). We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari or Firefox as your Internet browser. The recommended screen resolution is 1024 x 768 or larger.
