Wrapping a gas cap with a bulk style piece can be a challenge with dry apply PPF. The reason is the film is thick, it bunches up on the corners as the film is wrapped around to the backside and the excess film has to be cut off on the body. To work around these issues, Justin makes a precut piece using application tape. This takes a minute or two of prep on the worktable yet the pay off during the install is huge. Check it out!
