At FESPA 2025 in Berlin, the Never Stop Learning lounge became a hub of nonstop innovation, technique sharing, and hands-on learning. With over 20 live demos over 4 days, TWI packed the week with pro tips, advanced workflows, and real-time problem-solving. The best part? Every single demo is now available in the TWI library. Carbon Dry Apply Hood

Gloss carbon PPF looks just like factory carbon fiber.  However, until recently, it was only available as a wet install which is often tricky and time-intensive. In this FESPA demo, Justin and Dimas install a dry apply version from Carlas.  You will be amazed at how fast and clean the results can be. It’s a game-changer for both efficiency and finish, making gloss carbon PPF now ideal for pros who want premium results without the mess.

Front Fender on the Wind Rose

On the last day of FESPA, Justin and Dimas got a new vehicle to wrap - the Wind Rose.  An innovative semi-trailer cab that is 100% electric.  In fact, this was the only one in Europe and it was their first time wrapping it.  For the demo, they had to wrap the front fender which has got a massive side light and an unconventional shape. A problem?  Not for Justin and Dimas who have a full stash of tools, techniques and wrap knowledge to wrap anything perfectly for the first time.  Using Arlon PCC color change film, Justin and Dimas demo creative techniques like custom cutouts, Zero Stretch, and the Palm method. The result? A seamless, hardware-free install with no adhesive lines. It’s the kind of smart approach that saves time and shows why technique matters.
