In this Realtime with Rainer video, you see Rainer wrap a hood realtime with a color change PPF using the wet install method. Color change PPF installs are a challenge in that it can be difficult to avoid adhesive lines and getting too much tension on the corners and edges. Both can lower quality and durability. Rainer shows that with a smart prep to the liner and using TWI Wrap Matrix, adhesive lines can be avoided, the deep channels on the side of the VW can be relaxed in and the edges/corners are tension free. Be sure to watch Part 2 where Rainer gives great tips on how to trim and cut, especially on the corners.
